Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Form
Consumers residing in the EU are entitled to a right of withdrawal in distance contracts under the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction that is not part of the operation of their business.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days and begins, in the case of service contracts, on the day the contract is concluded.
For vouchers provided as a download or sent by email (digital content), the withdrawal period also begins on the day the contract is concluded. For vouchers provided by email, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the email.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund. If you withdraw from the purchase of a voucher, the voucher becomes invalid.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not reside in the EU.
Furthermore, there is no right of withdrawal for bookings of Painting Sessions: pursuant to Section 312g(2), sentence 1, no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for performance.
